Assistant Property Manager

Job Description
  1. Assist the Property Manager in the daily operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and rent collections in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  3. Maintain accurate tenant records, including rent payments, maintenance requests, and correspondence.
  4. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues, providing exceptional customer service.
  5. Schedule and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and property upkeep.
